Forge Fittings

Forged fittings are precision-engineered components used to connect pipes, valves, and other equipment in high-pressure piping systems. Produced by forging solid metal bars into specific shapes, these fittings offer superior strength, tight dimensional tolerances, and enhanced resistance to pressure and corrosion, making them ideal for critical and demanding applications.

Common types of forged fittings include socket weld and threaded elbows, tees, couplings, unions, and caps. They are typically manufactured from stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, and duplex steel and conform to international standards such as ASME B16.11 and MSS-SP-83. Widely used in industries like oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, and chemical processing, forged fittings ensure leak-proof, durable, and reliable piping connections under extreme operating conditions.

Elbow

Elbow forged fittings are essential components in piping systems used to change the direction of flow, typically by 45 or 90 degrees. These fittings are forged from solid metal bars, resulting in superior mechanical strength and pressure resistance, making them suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications.

Available in socket weld and threaded types, elbow forged fittings are commonly manufactured from materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and duplex steel. They are widely used in industries like oil and gas, power generation, petrochemical, and shipbuilding. Elbows are manufactured in compliance with international standards like ASME B16.11 and MSS-SP-83, ensuring consistent quality and reliable performance in demanding environments.

Tee

Tee forged fittings are used in piping systems to combine or divide fluid flow. Featuring a T-shaped design, these fittings have one inlet and two outlets positioned at 90 degrees to the main line, allowing for effective flow direction and distribution in high-pressure applications.

Manufactured through forging processes to ensure high strength and durability, tees are available in equal (straight) and reducing types. They are commonly produced in socket weld and threaded configurations using materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and duplex steel. Conforming to ASME B16.11 and MSS-SP-83 standards, tee forged fittings are widely used in industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, and power generation for efficient fluid management.

Cross

Cross forged fittings are four-way pipe connectors used to divide or combine flow in piping systems. Featuring one inlet and three outlets (or vice versa) arranged at 90-degree angles, they are ideal for applications requiring equal distribution of fluids or gases across multiple pipelines.

Manufactured using high-strength forging processes, cross fittings are available in both socket weld and threaded types. These fittings are commonly made from carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and duplex steel to withstand high-pressure and high-temperature conditions. Cross forged fittings conform to standards like ASME B16.11 and MSS-SP-83 and are widely used in oil and gas, petrochemical, and industrial processing systems.

Union

Welding Neck Flanges, also known as weld neck flanges, are high-strength flanges designed for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. They feature a long tapered hub that gradually transitions to the wall thickness of the connected pipe, providing excellent stress distribution and reducing the risk of fatigue failure at the weld joint.

These flanges are typically used in critical piping systems within industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, and offshore drilling. Made from materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and duplex steel, welding neck flanges conform to standards like ASME B16.5 and are ideal for severe service conditions requiring superior mechanical strength and leak-proof connections.
